Jefferson Ridge is the most pet friendly community in Charlottesville. There is no monthly pet rent at Jefferson Ridge. We have a one-time $425 non-refundable pet fee. Throughout the community, pet waste stations are strategically located for our residents’ convenience. We also recently installed a 15,575 square foot dog park. We do not have weight restrictions for our pets, but we do enforce a non-aggressive breed policy.
