Yes, we are pet friendly! There is no monthly pet rent at Jefferson Ridge. We have a one-time $495 non-refundable pet fee. Throughout the community, pet waste stations are strategically located for our residents’ convenience. We also have a 16,000 square foot leash-free dog park. We do not have weight restrictions for our pets, but we do have a few breed restrictions. We allow three pets maximum, two of which can be dogs.
