Jefferson Ridge is a non-undergraduate community. We do this to ensure our community remains the quiet, tranquil escape our residents love. Jefferson Ridge is Charlottesville’s first completely non-smoking community. In an effort to keep our community clean, and our environment healthy, this policy includes the entire grounds, not just the apartment homes and clubhouse. Residents must sign a no smoking agreement when they sign their lease.
We strive to make our community as hassle-free as possible. There is a flat $125 utility fee for all one and two bedroom units and a flat $150 fee for all three bedroom units.
