Non-Smoking Community

• Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the 24-acre property 
• Residents must sign an agreement stating that they and their guests will not smoke inside or outside their apartment

Application Fees

• $50 for first adult
• $25 for each additional adult

Application  Deposit

• $500 (required at time of application)

Flexible Lease Terms

• 12 month leases with no premium
• 3-11 month leases with a 15% premium charge
• Furnished apartments available for an extra fee

Pet Friendly

• One-time, non-refundable $395 fee
• No monthly pet rent
• Restrictions on aggressive breeds
• No weight limits
